To download the texture you want then click the link below it - you will see the texture full size. Right click on it with your mouse and save it to your computer - make sure to save it somewhere you can easily find it.

Use: The best use for these textures are on images, graphics that need a little sprucing up - they look best when the layer type is set to screen, softlight, overlay etc.
