Photography: Passion #unknown

Lately, I haven’t had a decent creative streak… the fact that I haven’t been able to really make anything graphic wise; tutorials, graphics, resources etc hasn’t helped. But I’ve been forcing myself to throw myself into this new web design and structure. I hate how it’s taken so long, I just want to finish it… every time I went onto LTY Designs I kept wanting to close the window, I’m a perfectionist.
I’m sure you know what I mean when I say, you can’t always be online, on the computer. I sure can’t anyway. Because I wasn’t being creative online, I ended up spending more time taking photographs.
My father has a few Canon bodies and also lenses - his passion is photography; I’m lucky enough to be able to use whatever I like, so long as he doesn’t need it for work and I look after them (obviously).
Rosanna and Sasha have since been on hand to be my temporary models - we’ve been taking a lot of photographs, all sorts of styles and poses, nothing too dramatic but a lot of fun for me; improving my photography and also trying new things myself and my models.
I added them to Deviant Art but I also added them to my Flickr - the Flickr account also works with the homepage, anything new I add will be added there - exciting.
I spent most of my time behind the camera, but the odd time Sasha (the youngest of us three) decided she wanted to take some photographs of me. I surrendered the beloved camera to her and she took several good shots. You can find them on dA and Flickr. My favourite is this one below:-

Sasha is definetely getting the Photography skills gene!
Thats a really awesome photo.
Olivia, I really love the new structure of LTY - all your work paid off. Sometimes being a perfectionist can be frustrating and stressful, but in this case, it’s definitely for the better - just look how wonderful LTY looks! It’s incredible. Great job, Olivia. :D
Wow, Sasha’s got some talent with photography too, already, at her young age. That’s a really nice shot of you, Olivia.
I know I definitely don’t have as much time online as I used to: I try to make the most of the time I have.
I forgot to mention in my other comment, about your layout: your whole site is in Wordpress now, I take it? Man! I’ve been wanting to do that…forever. I know how, I have everything I need…but my host, Yahoo, doesn’t support .htaccess files; I couldn’t have ‘pretty’ permalinks, and I don’t see the point converting all my pages to Wordpress to have silly URL’s like ?pageid=some number. So, hopefully Yahoo will get it together soon..it’s quite annoying. Your new layout shows me exactly how wonderful all-Wordpress sites can be!
I really like all your photography: I admire that you have the guts to photograph people! xD Maybe it’s not a big deal for you…but I always feel embarrassed when I consider asking someone to pose for me. Maybe someday I’ll get over it, haha. But really, all your photographs are amazing…you could definitely pursue photography if you wanted to.
Well, I’m gonna go look at all your new updates: take care! I can’t wait to keep visiting and see what you add next.
